The process was completely comfortable and on time. I did not have to wait and the doctor spent time talking with me to understand my health better. I was looking for a female doctor with experience but not at the end of her career. My former gyn retired and I had been with her for 30 years. Hope to have the same experience with Dr. Austin.

There was barely any wait time. The doctor answered the questions that I had about menopause clearly and with full explanation. My physical exam did seem a bit rushed, so I would maybe take a bit more time on that front. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my visit.
