I am compassionate and well-organized, which allows me to see patients on time and on schedule and give them excellent care.”

Great Dr, timely and thorough visit.
This was the most efficient doctor's appointment I have ever had. There was no waiting in the lobby. By no means did I feel rushed, but I did not have to wait at all, my prescription had already been called into the pharmacy by the time I left.
Gave routine vaginal check & tested for UTI. Ordered vaginal estrogen cream for me.
Due to road closures on way to appointment I was late and they still accommodated me in a timely fashion. Dr. Austin is friendly and nice, as well as the staff.

Dr. Austin is always a pleasure to see and gentle and friendly during her gynecological exams, so she puts me at ease. I've been seeing her for about 23 years from the time I was having children. Now I'm in menopause and she still takes excellent care of me.
Dr. Austin listens, answers questions and explains everything.
