From the moment I walked in the door until I left, every single employee treated me with kindness and professionalism. Dr. Bain was one of the kindest women and doctors I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. I felt that she truly listened intentionally and explained things in a way that left me with no questions but also didn't speak over my head. I walked out of the office and immediately told 2 friends how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Bain and at the office.

She reached a point of frustration in her own fitness journey, which she successfully addressed using specific dietary and exercise routines.
