Not a long wait time. The black gowns cover more. I didn't remain in a gown for a long time before I was seen.
I was greeted with a friendly smile by Carol at the front desk and was helped upon arrival. The assistant was very calm and relaxing, making me feel comfortable during the pre-exam. We engaged in a nice conversation, which helped set the tone for the exam. Kristen entered the room and was very calm and pleasant. I appreciate how she puts me at ease from the start of the exam. She is professional and approachable. I used to go to this office with a different provider and did not feel the same way as I do now. I appreciate the change and how welcoming the entire team is from start to finish.
