The office staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the physical space was clean and comfortable. I had a productive visit and look forward to returning for continuous care. To help elevate the patient experience, I’d love to offer a few pieces of constructive feedback: Waiting Room Environment: Upon arrival, the television was set to a political channel. Because media preferences vary, it might be more universally comfortable for guests if waiting room content remains neutral. (I ended up using my earbuds to manage my environment). Pre-Visit vs. In-Office Paperwork: There was a bit of a mismatch in expectations regarding registration. After completing the pre-visit paperwork online, I was asked to fill out additional forms at check-in. If the digital portal doesn't cover everything, it would be incredibly helpful to receive a heads-up that additional documentation will be required upon arrival. Document Access: Patients should ideally have automatic access to physical or digital copies of any documentation they sign. When I asked for copies of the in-office paperwork, it felt like an exception to the rule rather than a standard, seamless workflow. Having digital copies automatically emailed or accessible via a portal would be a great upgrade. Thank you for the great care, and I look forward to my next visit!

Dr. Costley offers general obstetrical and gynecologic care. Her interests include abnormal uterine bleeding, contraception, fibroid management, hysteroscopy, minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopy and robotic surgeries. She values collaboration with patients to provide a patient-centered holistic experience.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling abroad, trying new restaurants, and regularly attending soccer games. She has the personal goal of attending each World Cup.
