Lacey Newel and the assistant nurse were highly professional, kind and understanding. Newel answered all my questions and concerns. She was very understanding and compassionate about my difficult perimenopause, offering solutions and detailing the order of care to identify any problems and possible treatment.
Lacey as well as her nurse made me feel so comfortable. I feel like I have actual real conversations with Lacey and she listens to me. I was unhappy for a long time until I was scheduled with her because my regular doctor was too booked. That visit opened my eyes to all I have been wanting and missing with the other doctor.
