The staff was attentive, professional and courteous. Dr. Magavi was professional and made me feel comfortable. She took time to review my chart and go over prior concerns or reports. It was evident that she was prepared for the visit.
The provider was very courteous and professional. I am glad she asked my permission to have a student present. I am also glad that she is mentoring students. I found what the provider was explaining to the student helpful to me for understanding my problem. The details about my condition that were explained to the student were the first time I learned about certain aspects of my condition, and I wish I had learned that information during my first visit.
