I love dr williams! He makes me feel really heard and confident in choices i make regarding hormones and my body. I never feel rushed or like a question I have is silly. Dr. Langstrom was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and understanding. I was being squeezed in for an ultrasound to help determine what was going on with my uterus, and although there was an unexpected wait because the ultrasound technician was performing a longer 4D ultrasound, Dr. Langstrom personally apologized for the wait and continued to check on me. He took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. His nurse was also wonderful—very attentive, patient, and genuinely listened to everything I had to say. After struggling for a while to feel heard about my perimenopausal symptoms and other gynecological concerns, it was such a relief to finally feel like someone was really listening and taking my concerns seriously. Dr. Langstrom was kind, compassionate, and clearly committed to understanding the whole picture. We completed lab work, and I’ll be returning for follow-up. I’m very grateful for the care I received and look forward to working with him in the future to figure out the best way to manage my symptoms and address my GYN concerns. I left feeling heard, understood, and hopeful.
