The office is in a good location, providers are timely, medical assistants are so kind, and there is a strong sense of working with the patient to figure out what helathcare works best for them. Laura is a kind person and provider. She makes the exam not awkward at all. She is strong on shared decision-making and caring about the patient as a person.

Everything ran on time, which I greatly appreciated. The front desk staff were friendly and were able to help me with my account setup issues right away. Laura is phenomenal at her job. Annual GYN visits are awkward and uncomfortable, but Laura does a very good job at creating an atmosphere that helps ease some of that awkwardness. She listens very thoroughly and gives transparent answers about which clinics manage which services, what certain tests can/cannot surface, and gives helpful pro/con walkthroughs about how I can manage certain symptoms. She is also empathetic about the financial aspects of treatment - she helps with coupons for the birth control that works well for me, and gave me the full picture of what mammogram/breast exam options would look like. I don't think I'll ever look forward to my annual, but Laura makes it as easy as possible and takes away a lot of the anxiety.
Laura and Dr. Murphy Mack have taken great care of me through some pregnancy hiccups in my first week at the practice. Laura was very kind, thorough, and took her time with my new patient visit which meant a lot to me. She was very professional, comforting, and answered all of my questions. She has excellent bedside manner. I’d recommend Laura to any of my friends. Coming from a large practice in the Washington DC area, my husband and I both agreed that Laura was far more attentive and thorough than any of the previous providers we had seen in my first trimester.
She explained her findings in a calm and reassuring manner. Treatment options discussed and included me in the decision making.
