Dr. Leah Adkins entered a combined BS/MD program where over the course of six years, she both graduated summa cum laude from The University of Akron followed and earned her Doctor of Medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University. She completed her residency at Christiana Care Health Systems where she received the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement and the Resident in Excellence Awards. Dr. Adkins returned to Ohio in 2007 to work at Berger Health Systems prior to joining our practice in 2011. She offers comprehensive women’s healthcare with special interests in adolescent obstetrics and gynecology, well-woman health promotion, menopausal therapy and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). A resident of Grove City, Dr. Adkins enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and Labradoodle.
