I am a wife and mother to two incredible boys, and our family life is built on partnership, teamwork, and a wwouldn’t survive without it. My oldest thrives in athletics, competing at an elite level in soccer, excelling in track and basketball, while my youngest brings creativity and curiosity into our home as a gifted artist, dinosaur enthusiast, and mixed martial artist. Alongside our two energetic dogs, our home is busy, loud, and full of love. Though free time is rare, we cherish slowing down together as a family often gathered for movie nights watching classic scary films. Professionally, my work is rooted in a deep passion for supporting families. I bring years of experience as a previous labor and delivery nurse, doula, lactation counselor, and childbirth educator, allowing me to support families with both clinical expertise and compassionate, continuous care. Prior to my work in birth, I built a strong foundation as a mental health professional and hold an additional master’s degree in psychology. This background allows me to approach birth and parenthood through a holistic lens honoring not only the physical process, but also the emotional and psychological experience of each family I serve. I am also a two-time breast cancer survivor, an experience that profoundly shaped my understanding of resilience, vulnerability, and the importance of informed, compassionate care. Walking through illness and recovery deepened my commitment to advocacy, bodily autonomy, and meeting families where they are with empathy and respect. Outside of work, I enjoy reading fantasy novels, painting, and coloring, really any creative outlet that allows me to recharge. My personal experiences as a wife, mother, cancer survivor, and birth professional guide the way I show up for families: present, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to supporting them with confidence, compassion, and wholehearted care.
