I was satisfied with my visit but want an after visit written papper or email what the doctor explained. I think it’s easy to forget everything the doctor say when you are at the doctor office. I signed in online but it didn’t say any after visit explanation

Dr. Chung received her undergraduate education from Stanford University where she graduated with honors. She earned her medical degree at the University of California,
San Francisco. She completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in San Francisco.
Dr. Chung lives in Orange County with her husband, also a physician, and their two sons. She enjoys skiing with family and book club with friends. Dr. Chung is involved in
medical missions, and community and youth development nonprofit organizations.
