Great staff - MA Tina was wonderful and I can't say enough about Lindsay Scruggs- she is the best. I followed her from Duke and it took me a bit to find her because Duke doesn't allow staff who are departing to let their patients know where they are going. I was very happy to follow her to Wilkerson. The facility is very nice and all the staff are welcoming and happy to interact with the patients.

Lindsay Scruggs is a board certified nurse practitioner, dual trained in adult and women’s health. Originally from Williamston, NC, she attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington for her undergraduate studies where she got her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked in the Surgical / Trauma ICU for 4 years as a registered nurse before she decided to further her career as a nurse practitioner. She then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated in 2010 with her Masters in Nursing as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing as a nurse practitioner in women’s health ever since.
Lindsay loves all aspects of women’s health. She particularly enjoys building relationships with her patients and following them through every stage of life; with focus on prevention, education, treating illness, as well as seeing them in the office during their pregnancy and postpartum.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family: husband, Bill; daughter, Sydney; son, Baker; as well as her dog, Bailey.
