She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland at College Park and continued her studies at Howard University in Washington, DC with a full scholarship from the National Health Services Corps.
As the third leg of her training, Lewis completed her master’s degree to become a professional physician assistant with a specialty in OB/GYN at the University of Nebraska. However, this wasn’t enough for Lewis, who decided to complete a unique residency program for physician assistants specializing in OB/GYN.
Her dedication to getting the most up-to-date training in her field is what makes Lewis at the top of her field. She’s worked in California, Oklahoma, Illinois, and in the DC-Maryland-Virginia areas. At Capital Women’s Care, Lewis provides a series of services, including gynecologic and obstetric exams, surgical assistance, in-office procedures and more.
