The doctor was very nice and explained everything well.
Dr. Wester took such incredible care of me during one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life. My baby stopped developing at 6.2 weeks, and from the very beginning, she listened to my concerns with genuine empathy, compassion, and respect. What meant the most to me was that she cared for me as a whole person. She respected my wishes and the way I wanted to move forward while making sure both my physical and emotional well-being were cared for throughout the process. During a time when I felt incredibly vulnerable, she made me feel heard, safe, and respected. I am so grateful that I was in her care during such a difficult chapter. I look forward to continuing my care with her in the future, and I truly cannot imagine anyone better to care for my health and, when the time comes, the health of my future babies. I will forever be grateful for the compassion she showed me when I needed it most.

satisfied with Dr. Wester, but not thrilled about a one hour wait to get to her. Dr. Wester was patient and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed and I always felt like she cared and wanted to make the best decision WITH me.
I was scheduled in a timely manner due to a concern, which was followed with an ultrasound. Dr. Lydia Wester called me over the weekend to give me positive results also in a timely manner. So thankful for her promptness and professionalism in addressing my concern.
Dr wester was open and very easy to talk to. She recognized my issue and resolved it with confidence.
