She was very nice. She was quick. I didn’t have to wait long to be called to the back for my appointment.
The student nurses did a great job. Asked thoughtful questions and provided info packet.
Mandy Smith really listens and addresses my concerns without making me feel crazy or stupid. The front desk young lady is always friendly and helpful along with the medical assistant. The lab tech Lou is friendly and very good at drawing labs without giving me anxiety before doing so.

Everyone is nice and was in and out pretty quick. Plus everyone I have seen from Dr. Moncla to Monifa Dukes to now seeing Mandy Smith I have had nothing but great care. Nothing bad to report. I have been going here even before them when Dr. Terryberry was my doctor before the name change to Total Care for Women. Been about 26 years now and still have no complaints I have received excellent care for all my female needs. Annual exams and minor surgery as I had a cyst that needed to be removed years ago. Will continue to go hear and recommend others to go here as well.
The office staff worked with me to get me in as soon as they could. They helped with any and every question I had and listened to all of my concerns.

There were two Nurse Practitioners doing their internship that examined me. They were very enthusiastic. I enjoyed speaking with them.
