Which is why it’s important to choose a competent medical doctor with nearly two decades’ experience treating women’s health and reproductive conditions. Dr. M.F. DelCharco, Jr., MD, FACOG specializes in providing compassionate and exceptional care.
An Honor graduate of Tulane University in Biomedical Engineering, Dr. DelCharco went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine. He later completed his residency training at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition, Dr. Delcharco is sub-specialty board-certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. This degree recognizes Dr. Delcharco additional surgical skills and treatments for women that suffer from urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, painful intercourse, and pelvic floor disorders.
Dr. Delcharco was raised in Ocala, FL and returned to his home after completing his training. He has served the same community consistently for 20 years. Dr. DelCharco has full staff privileges at Ocala Regional Medical Center and Munroe Regional Medical Center (Ocala).
