Overall the staff was polite and professional. The doctor seemed thorough. When I informed her of a follow up mammogram and ultrasound she offered to be an additional set of eyes on the results as my general practitioner had put the order in. I feel at check out they should have explained how future annual exams are handled by the practice. Also it was never explained if I should expect a bill or how that process works. I had to inquire about both.
The doctor was very professional. She showed empathy when I shared concerns and answered my questions thoroughly.
