Susan was wonderful as usual. Very clear & easy to understand and she listened. I must say the nurse who took me back to my room to prepare me for Susan was a little short on bedside manners. No smiling or projection of a welcoming feeling. In going over my listed medications/supplements, she told me she did not need to know about the supplements only prescriptions. Yet when I deleted two supplements through the portal the message was given to verbal update any additions at my visit.

Friendly, efficient front desk and check out and had a lovely visit with Sam Reynolds where I got all of my questions answered re perimenopause and next steps.

Samantha is very patient, great personality, listened and took her time. I was very comfortable with her and the student the entire visit. They were both SUPERB. Samantha Reynolds is one of the best doctors I've had throughout my life and I'm 59 years young. God bless her and hers and everyone in the office.

First time I met Dr. Payton. She was pleasant, compassionate and efficient. Was right on schedule with my appointment time which is rare with most doctors nowadays.

Samantha is extremely knowledgeable which gives me comfort in talking to her about any issue pertaining to my body. She did find a problem and after explaining what she found, she referred me to Dr. Kaplan. My appointment is in early Nov.

I am so happy to be Dr. Payton's patient! Not only is she a great doctor but she puts you at ease the minute she enters the room. I went to see her regarding whether or not I needed a pessary. After her examination we decided, together, that one was not necessary. She is honest, kind and just a genuinely nice person.

Arrived 45 min early- seen right away. Everyone was extremely pleasant and attentive. She is excellent and very understanding.
