She came in with a smile..explained everything to me and did a great job. Pessary removal can be very painful but she tried very hard to make it as painless as possible. She also explained estrogen cream and how it would make it easier in the future and prescribed it. Very kind. I was nervous about seeing someone other than Dr. Hook but Marisa was great.
