Everyone was great.
The entire staff was welcoming, made me feel comfortable, and their degree of professionalism was outstanding. I felt heard and respected by everyone, including the doctor. This was a very pleasant visit which, in my experience, is not the usual feeling I get when going to a gynecologist. Dr. Demetrios was personable and warm, and made certain that my questions were answered in a way that was clear and easily understood.

I have to say I did not want to see a man due to my previous background with men. And was very nervous. Dr. Meena was very nice and I am glad I decided to put my fear aside with him and take a chance. He took his time. Listened to me. Offered reassurance without judgment. Very professional and personal all in one.
Doctor Demetrios is incredible. His staff is awesome. He's an excellent doctor, kind, attentive professional and totally amazing. I was so impressed with everything and I thank him and I pray for him because he is wonderful. Thank God for him.

Overall, I had a good experience with this office. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions, which I appreciated. The only reason for the 4-star review instead of 5 is due to some confusion during the intake process as a first-time patient. When the medical assistant came to get me, she called only my first name, and another patient has the same first name, so we were both confused about who was being called. I was then told I needed to provide a urine sample, but no explanation was given as to why it was needed. Thankfully I hadn't already used the restroom because I wasn't informed ahead of time that this would be part of the visit. I was shown where the bathroom was, but I wasn't told where the specimen cups were located he what to do with the sample afterward. For first-time patients especially, a little more guidance and explanation during the process would be very helpful. Other than that, everyone was kind and helpful, and I otherwise had a positive visit.
