Booked out months in advance/ hard to get in, but great experience once seen.
Dr. Bina is a real gem. She is not only a phenomenal surgeon but an amazing person who always treats me with respect and courtesy. Friendly, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. As a trans man, I feel honored to have found a doctor that truly understands me and my needs as a patient.
Dr. Bina is an amazing provider. She brings genuine warmth and care, a quiet confidence, and is clear in her communication.
I didn't give 5 only because my procedure wasn't able to be completed. That was of no fault to Dr. Bina.

Megan Bina is the best doctor! She is so patient and knowledgeable. Very compassionate!
The office is clean, cheery, friendly, and warm. Dr. Bina was incredible. It was my first time meeting her since my previous Dr. (Martinie) retired. Admittedly, I was nervous about seeing someone new after having such an incredible trust in Martinie. But Dr. Bina calmed all of my nerves and completely won me over. She's incredibly warm, kind, and friendly. I also appreciated how much she inquired about who I was beyond the appointment. I was so happy and relieved and feel so grateful to now have Dr. Bina as my OB. She's wonderful.

I entered medical school thinking I would become a hematologist/oncologist, as I had spent time working in a bone marrow transplant lab in college. My first rotation in medical school was obstetrics and gynecology. I was totally hooked! I loved the blend of surgery and medicine, and the beauty and honor of walking with women through their health from adolescence, reproductive years, and into menopause. Throughout medical school, I would often ask my friends who were on OB/GYN rotation what they got to see and do– and still today, I’m in awe of the field I’m in, the people I meet, and the work I get to do on a daily basis. From delivering babies to family planning to life-changing surgery to an annual exam: I am honored to be trusted in these vulnerable and important moments.
I am coming to Oakdale OB/GYN with 10 years of experience in the field and in the area. I am very excited to be joining this group of providers who are leaders in the community.
I am from Minnesota, and currently live in Northeast Minneapolis. I love spending time with my family, going to my nieces’ sporting events, and snuggling with my dogs. I enjoy practicing yoga, hiking, traveling, cooking, and taking care of my “jungle” of houseplants. I want to be a golfer, and am considering learning how to downhill ski soon.
