Dr. Bina takes time to listen to the patient and works with the patient to find the best plan.
Dr Bina has a gift for making her patients feel like the most important part of her day. She listens with patience and empathy and says, "tell me more". She has a trauma informed approach in her conversations and during the exam. I always feel safe and seen.
She helped me and made me feel comfortable with next steps and talked with me about additional options moving forward as we test things.
Meeting Dr. Bina for the first time. Thorough exam and dialogue.
Dr. Bina was engaged.
My experience with Dr. Bina is always excellent. She is very thorough and spends time answering all of my questions and finding the best options for treatments which will work best for me. She is the reason I am coming to this clinic and rated it a 5. I have had a very poor experience with the clinic itself cancelling 2 of my appointments back to back over the past 3 months and having to reschedule 3-4 weeks out both times which has been extremely frustrating as I really needed to be reviewed for my prescriptions and how they are going. This should really be figured out as it happened one other time I had an appointment also which is unacceptable when it takes weeks to get in for another appointment. My scores on the next page do not reflect Dr. Bina or her care. The only reason I will keep returning is because she is there otherwise I would not.
I was finally listened to after five years of asking my primary doctor and her not listening.
Dr. Bina came highly recommended and I was looking for a new provider since the last 2 I saw have moved onto other things. Dr. Bina is amazing and fully lived up to the high recommendation that I was given. She took the time to get to know me and listen to any and all of my concerns. She even went out of her way to connect the dots and ask about a bracelet I was wearing in support of a dear friend who is dealing with a rare form of brain cancer. Dr. Bina's wonderful spirit and kindness truly shines and I have already recommended her to friends and family. Thank you for taking such wonderful care and seeing the human in me, Dr. Bina! You are truly appreciated.

I entered medical school thinking I would become a hematologist/oncologist, as I had spent time working in a bone marrow transplant lab in college. My first rotation in medical school was obstetrics and gynecology. I was totally hooked! I loved the blend of surgery and medicine, and the beauty and honor of walking with women through their health from adolescence, reproductive years, and into menopause. Throughout medical school, I would often ask my friends who were on OB/GYN rotation what they got to see and do– and still today, I’m in awe of the field I’m in, the people I meet, and the work I get to do on a daily basis. From delivering babies to family planning to life-changing surgery to an annual exam: I am honored to be trusted in these vulnerable and important moments.
I am coming to Oakdale OB/GYN with 10 years of experience in the field and in the area. I am very excited to be joining this group of providers who are leaders in the community.
I am from Minnesota, and currently live in Northeast Minneapolis. I love spending time with my family, going to my nieces’ sporting events, and snuggling with my dogs. I enjoy practicing yoga, hiking, traveling, cooking, and taking care of my “jungle” of houseplants. I want to be a golfer, and am considering learning how to downhill ski soon.
