Office moved and I was within 10 minutes late due to that fact and I was waiting to see if the provider would still see me. In that instance, I don't think it should've been a question.
[Rating Only] Absolutely do not like to be forced to take a depression and anxiety scale and have on the practice disclosure that it’s optional but the questions are asked in person and disclosure has to be signed agreeing to being charged for the questions as a copay or deductible. I’m not a post partum patient where certainly that could be possibly relevant . It did not feel right at all to be force mandated but stated it’s voluntary but the questions are part of getting to know the patient. Leaves an ill taste for me. Thank you.
Melanie was on time, friendly, took her time and answered all my questions.
