Very professional and quick.
I had a great experience with Dr. Napoleon as well as our ultrasonographer, MA, and phlebotomist. The entire team was friendly and professional. Dr. Napoleon explained things very clearly, was kind and personable, and put my partner and I at ease. I'm excited to continue my prenatal care here!

Dr. Napoleon treats her patient with a level of care and empathy that I have not experienced with doctors in other fields. She makes you feel comfortable and able to talk about difficult and personal issues affecting your body. She also remembers small details from past and long ago visits and is able to communicate complex mechanisms simply for someone not trained like she is.

I've asked two previous primary card providers for hormone treatment options for my perimenopause systems, and they both said birth control was really the only option. I've had adverse reactions to birth control in the past so wasn't interested in starting that. Dr Napoleon suggested starting with supplements to see if that helps with my symptoms, and if not, we can look into HRT. I appreciate that she's willing to work with me to find a solution instead of suggesting birth control or nothing.
Everything went well and the time taken to have a discussion was appreciated.
