Mrs. Lang was great, very detailed. I could ask her everything and she pointed out all the reasons why she's very, very good.
Have seen same provider for years, very responsive to concerns. Receptionist is very pleasant, others at the desks just inside the doors are hit or miss on pleasantness and personality. Sometimes very rude. Maybe just the day, maybe they just don't like their jobs. Maybe be nicer to patients.

I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. They called me back in a timely manner. Everyone was very pleasant. My nurse took all my information very patient with me. The doctor met me before I disrobed for the exam. She left came back in preformed the exan and talked to me during it to keep my mind busy. Very professional office.

Michelle Lang makes me feel like I am the only patient she has that day. I always feel like I have all the time I need to ask any questions and she is truly engaged in the conversation for as long as I need to talk with her. My appointment did not take any longer than 20 minutes from beginning to end, but I felt like she would have been in there with me for 2 hours If I had needed it. That's important for me.
