[Rating Only] She seemed very abrupt and spoke too fast. Did not really make eye contact when speaking with me.
This was my first time seeing someone other than the doctor. She spoke very fast and was, at times, hard to understand because of that. Also, I am not blaming her for this but she said my lab results would be back Monday or Tuesday of this week, and I have called every day this week, left a message, and no return call.
The office staff in the nurse practitioner maybe feel very comfortable and at ease with my issues.
