The appointment was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
All the office staff, nurses and doctors are amazing.
It’s not an easy appointment to have but Dr Brown and his team make it a lot easier by being friendly, listening, responsive to questions and importantly kind. I have been seeing Dr Brown and his team for nearly 10 years and wanted to anywhere else, I have recommended him to friends. He is caring and sensitive to my feelings and makes going for an annual exam more bearable.
The provider whom I saw was excellent in every area from the moment she walked into the room until finished with appt! She was very caring, very informative, and answered all our questions! Very, very impressed and happy with the appt.
Overall great experience. When I was weighed the tech recorded my weight 5# heavier than my actual weight. I re weighed myself while waiting for the provider and discovered this as I thought her weight she got seemed high. I asked the provider to fix that in my chart so I am hoping she did. Michelle Libretti was great. She was all business but also took time to listen to concerns.
Dr. Steven Brown went beyond his care to make this procedure painless. He also went more in depth about the cause and exercise of this bladder issue.

I hadn't been to a GYN in 12 years I am 89 years old and dreaded going again. The staff as very nice and took time with me without rushing. She was quite pleasant and I felt I was talking to my sister. She was efficient and put me at ease immediately with my problem.
Caroline Sargeant is very professional while being very caring at the same time. Addresses any concerns and provides feedback and necessary information and ensures that it's fully understood. She never makes me feel rushed and takes the time to understand what I'm trying to convey to her. I highly recommend her due to her professionalism, her caring personality and that she makes her patients feel like they are well known and understood as part of the "family of patients". I will continue to be her patient for as long as I live here and as long as she is still practicing. Recently, one of my family members moved to Palm Coast, and I recommended Caroline Sargeant to her. I am very grateful to have such a wonderful, kind and compassionate care giver!
