Dr. Sharma and all staff were very attentive, approachable, and highly professional. I felt seen and heard. My appointment was on time and I did not feel rushed. I felt better walking out knowing that my problem was far less severe than I'd imagined it could be. - I still would have rated a 5 even if the diagnosis was less favorable because I was very satisfied with the service.
