Verified Patient Reviews for Mitzi Brock, MD
I was frustrated with my previous Obgyn office because the providers kept quitting and every time I went, I would see someone new. Dr. Stenklyft delivered all of my children. I decided to come back to Dr. Sekine’s office from a referral of a friend who sees Dr Mitzi Brock. I was a little frustrated the day of my appt. I prepared for my visit beforehand and entered all of my personal and medical information into your portal only to be told I have re-enter it when I got there. Seriously? What’s the purpose of doing it beforehand if I have to do it again when I get there? It took a lot of time for me to do that through the portal and then at the office. That was very frustrating to me and It extended the time of my appointment. Front desk staff was very friendly and sweet. Loved Dr. Brock. I felt like she really cared. That’s why the 4 star.
Dr. Brock is always such a joy, the ladies in the office were professional and pleasant.
Dr. Brock is always upbeat & willing to listen, even if she’s busy or behind. Compared to other doctors I’ve been to, I feel seen, heard, & cared about as a human being & caring about my overall health. Other places have made me feel like a just a number, a statistic, or a fee. She has an interest in women-in-menopause issues that I don’t see anywhere else. No matter how I feel when I walk in, I leave smiling & feeling positive & hopeful about my health & well-being. I pass many doctors & drive across the Buckman to get to Dr. Brock. Plus, the staff & nurses are also all friendly & focused on the patient no matter how busy or frazzled they may actually be feeling.
Did not have to wait. Love Dr. Brock.

Everyone in the office listened to me, and went above and beyond to meet my immediate needs. They encouraged me to reach out if I need anything further. Dr. Brock is absolutely outstanding and made me feel seen, heard, and important. I genuinely believe she wants to help and care for me.
