I expected the office to a bit more updated and/or cleaner. I was not a fan of the patient intake area, very uncomfortable with how close everyone is. While waiting to be brought into an exam room, myself and another patient could hear front desk and medical team discussing their weekend plans and where they planned on going out that night. When brought into the exam room there was trash all over floor from the previous exam. Loved Dr. Bagwell! Took me weeks to finally find someone I was comfortable in scheduling with, considering I was trying to find a new group and physician. Come to find out the day after my appointment I saw a post on Facebook she was leaving the practice… wish I was told prior! She was great though, thankful for the time she spent during my appointment.
When I first visited Dr. Tood Rasner, I had been through one of the most difficult year of my life. I had seen almost every specialist i could think of, but I still wasn't felling well and didn't have any answers. Dr. Rasner listened carefully to all my symptoms and explained that i was experiencing many perimenopause symptoms all at one. He started me on hormone therapy. Thank God , and Dr. Rasner's care, I feel so much better today. I am truly grateful to Dr. Rasner foe listening to me, identifying what going on, and helping me feel like my self again. thank you so much Dr. Rasner.
I had great difficulty scheduling my appointment with Dr. Rasner who I have seen for 22 years because the AI person would not schedule me with him. So I was assigned to Natasha Farrow. She was amazing and caring and answered all my questions. She was a delight!
