As a new patient Dr. Shields welcomed my husband and I with warm concern and valuable information. She listened to all of my concerns as a 69 year old who had not seen an OBGYN since 2010. I look forward to continuing our relationship and having answers to all of my questions. Thank you.
Dr Shield was very professional, lessened to my concerns and made I understood options.

Check in went quickly and smoothly. I was met with smiling faces and warm greetings. After being called to the back I was moved through vitals without any issues. Veronica, Dani, and Gabby were all very welcoming and calmed any nerves about the issue I have been dealing with. While in the room Veronica took careful history of my situation and prepared me to see Dr. Shields. When the doctor came in she got her own understanding and history, and from there gave me a couple of options as far as treatment. She was informative and answered any questions i had before stepping out. From there the entire procedure lasted about 15 minutes. I didn't feel a thing besides the initial poke and sting of the numbing shot. All steps were explained to me before they happend which helped relax my nerves about the whole thing.

Dr. Shields is always very kind and listens to my concerns. We go over everything and come up with a plan to manage my menopause symptoms. I love her so much that I drive over an hour to see her because she is the first doctor to actually listen and help.
