The staff is engaging, friendly, and professional. She was gentle yet thorough.
The staff member that helped was not trained on what cup to give a patient that is having an annual exam with uti symptoms and I have an overactive bladder I told her that and she still took her time to accommodate me I was very upset. The provider was amazing with a great attitude, very awesome and friendly, informative and helpful.
