I was grateful to just be seen by a provider. The office staff were all very helpful and friendly. I have not yet reached a resolution and the meds given are literally just pacifying the issue. Hopefully by my follow up, the issue will be resolved.
Dr. Wang is working with me to provide the right hrt for my needs. She is a great listener and educator and makes me feel supported. Really liked the ease of use of the telehealth visit as well. Nice to not have to miss a few hours of work. Very satisfied.

I had to wait over 30 minutes to see the MD. I had asked the front desk about the delay and was told "I know and let them know" Still waiting another 10 minutes I was finally called though I could barely hear the person to the other side of the waiting area. I might recommend that the front desk person be instructed to tell a "new" patient to wait on the other side of the waiting area as that is where you will be called for your appointment. Instead I waited not knowing or able to hear and even after going up to the front desk not instructed to move. Very frustrating and caused my blood pressure to be over 155!. On the other hand, Dr. Wang was kind, gentle and took the time to go over my questions and an exam. Thank you
