The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. Wait time was not very long. The MA and doctor made me feel comfortable. They listened to me, answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. After the appointment, I sent a message to clarify an order, and received a prompt response and resolution. I appreciate that they respect my time and treat me like a person.

Dr Wilkey goes above and beyond. She did everything I came in for then noticed rough leather patches on my skin causing me severe pain. She did a scrape test on those areas of my skin and tested for shingles. She started me on valtrax that is relieving some of the pain. Per my request she started me on hormone replacement treatment. Do to my misunderstanding I had stopped ointment application when I felt better, forgetting I have to apply it for life. She explained again and gave me written instructions to start the cycle for treatment again, scheduling a sooner follow up to check and see whether I'll need a biopsy. I am so grateful for her care and understanding as well as her phenomenal medical assistant. As I said, Dr Wilkey is extremely understanding, incredibly thorough, highly knowledgeable and from my experience is the best doctor i have ever had. Im so glad she was recommended by my oncologist's colleague who is a gynecology oncologist. My health needs are being fulfilled at the highest level.
There was a long wait before seeing the provider. Communication during the wait time would've been appreciated.
