Born and raised in Texas, Dr. Patrick Allen understands the unique healthcare needs of the local community. He dedicates his life’s work to providing superior gynecology care to the women of Texas. Dr. Allen has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, especially robotic-assisted surgery and hormone replacement therapy. He is the Director of the Robotics program at North Hills Hospital.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M in 1981 and awarded his Doctor of Medicine in 1995 from the University of Texas Health Science Center. He completed his four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Oklahoma University Health Science Center.
Dr. Allen serves as a Diplomat on the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He maintains licensures in Texas and Oklahoma and is active in a number of professional societies including the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
In his free time, Dr. Allen actively participates in the parish church and school and is a Masters swimmer. He is married with three children.
