She is always great.
I am highly impressed every time I go for my appointments. Very nice and pleasant people who work in that office.
Great visit.
Dr. Phelicia is very kind, and she explains everything very well.
She really listened to my concerns and addressed them. I felt very satisfied and happy.
Dr. Felicia C. has been my doctor for 20 years. Through the years she's a great doctor. I have been through rough times health wise and she was the one who made sure I was diagnosed correctly and created my treatment plans and reached out to the doctors I needed to see.

Dr. Flanagan and her husband, Benji, knew they wanted to return to Raleigh after spending a few years here before she entered medical school. “Although I have only been with Wilkerson OBGYN since 2005, I hope this is where I practice for the rest of my career. I look forward to taking care of patients through many stages of their lives.”
In her spare time away from Wilkerson OBGYN, Dr. Flanagan enjoys exercising, watching sports and spending time with her family (husband, Benji; daughter, Claire; son, Jay and their beloved Vizsla, Zoey).
