Staff is always so welcoming and helpful, never feel rushed at the appointment, patient and reassuring answering questions.
It was my first time meeting Dr. Vemuri and I was expecting her to be dismissive about my perimenopause symptoms but instead she listened and started to come up with a treatment plan. She did provide the warnings and possible side effects but she made me feel at ease like someone was finally listening to me. I really appreciated her attentiveness and bedside manner.
Dr. Vemuri has excellent bedside manner and always makes me feel at ease. I was very anxious when I checked in and the RN who did my intake and vitals was so kind and reassuring.
