Rachael Cleberg, MD, MPH

Rachael Cleberg MD, MPH was born and raised outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan and earned her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Public Health from Michigan State University. She attended medical school at Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed residency at The George Washington University.

Dr. Cleberg specializes in providing patient centered and evidenced based care for her patients. She has a passion for routine and high risk obstetrics. Being a mother herself, she is able to understand on a personal level the birthing process and the importance of postpartum care. She also has interest in minimally invasive gynecological surgery and was awarded the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons Outstanding Laparoendoscopic Resident Award. Dr Cleberg has experience in research and has presented her work at national events such as The Annual Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics Conference. She is also a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Cleberg joined the team at Capital Women’s Care in 2018 and offers a full array of women’s health services. She looks forward to continuing to serve the health care needs of women not just in Bethesda and Montgomery County, but in all of Maryland and Washington, DC.
