Professional, informative, personable.
There is one issue I've noticed, the toilets in bathroom are not far enough from wall for people who are obese or with arthritis, making urine samples very difficult to get cup between legs without a big mess. Every time I think this bathroom must have been designed by a man who does not consider female considerations.
