The staff were all welcoming and very friendly. Made my visit very smooth. Rachel is so amazing. Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. She is just the best. Made me comfortable the whole visit and with my questions.
I was highly satisfied with my experience with Rachel Ghaman & I would give a rating of a 5 based solely on my experience with her. However, the front office staff who checked me in was not very professional and the tech who took my weight/blood pressure seemed inexperienced and confused. Rachel is very friendly and personable while still remaining highly professional. I have been seeing her for some years, and she either has a great memory or takes good notes that she actually reviews prior to and during our conversations. I really enjoy having her as my practitioner and I only return to Capital Women's Care because of her.
