Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was helped within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time, which I loved. The doctor was open to listening to my questions and knowledgeable, sharing crucial information about medication.
Dr. Sheppard listened to my issues and prescribed me some medications and I am finally feeling better. I had been to other doctors where i moved from for this issue and none of them could help me. She diagnosed the issue the minute she did my exam. I feel very comfortable with her.
Dr.Rachel and staff are always so kind, and whiling to go the extra mile to ensure I am good. I have no complaint but praise for Dr.Shepard. Dr.Shepard is someone I try to refer all my friend/family too.

Dr. Shepherd takes pride in educating patients about their condition, providing personalized care and forming meaningful relationships with her patients. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, running and spending time with her husband, also a teacher, and two children.
