Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was helped within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time, which I loved. The doctor was open to listening to my questions and knowledgeable, sharing crucial information about medication.
Dr. Sheppard listened to my issues and prescribed me some medications and I am finally feeling better. I had been to other doctors where i moved from for this issue and none of them could help me. She diagnosed the issue the minute she did my exam. I feel very comfortable with her.
