I have been blessed to have Dr.Rothstein as my gynecologist since 1999. She was highly recommended by the wife of my family doctor, when I need a hysterectomy. Of course, there is no shortage of doctors in NYC. But she has been my only gynecologist. Because she is the "GOLD STANDARD" I judge all doctors by, regardless to their specialty. Dr.Rothstein is knowledgeable and thorough. She treats me like a person, talks to me with kindness, listens and shares her expertise in a way that no matter what my health issue is, I am not afraid. Because she is my doctor. She explains everything and is never in a rush to get to her next patient. When she is in the examination room with me, she is focused on me and my health issues! Her staff emulates her professionalism and friendliness. I trust Dr. Rothstein with my life. That's why I've never hesitated to recommend her to my family members and friends. Because, they too, will get the very best in care. Everyone that have become one of her patients, loves her and are so glad she's their gynecologist! On my last annual checkup, I shared that my only sister, a patient of hers, had just passed away. Dr. Rothstein was very compassionate and showed true sympathy for my loss.
