Christina and Liza greeted me upon arrival. I've had Christina for years and she's always been patient and pleasant. First time meeting Liza and she's very nice front office. Dr. Berke always patient, listens and responds with detail.

The sonogram process and technician were excellent. Dr. Berke's follow up meeting to share results was also excellent as always. He's very good. I always give 5's but this time there was one hiccup and that was refill of a prescription which is the only challenge I've ever had with the office. When I request a refill I often don't hear back and sometimes the request goes unanswered and gets cancelled by the pharmacy. When I called to speak with someone I could only go to the voice mail box with no option to speak with a human and again didn't year back. It seems there are fewer people working in the office than there used to be. While very frustrating, especially when suffering from a migraine and I can't get my medicine refilled, I'm happy this it the only thing I've ever had to complain about in over 30 years as Dr. Berke's patient. I suspect the lack of personnel is not his choice so I would not blame him at all.... just wish they would be responsive. Same as I put earlier in this survey. Dr. Berke is excellent. From the day I first saw him 30 years ago after suffering several miscarriages and he was so great in addressing my concerns and helping to find the issue and resolve it (which worked!).....to all these years later when he makes recommendations about tests I should take or things I should consider....he is just terrific.

Dr. Berke is also involved in resident training at a major teaching hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. He has special interests in evaluation and treatment of infertility, treating vaginosis and vulvovaginal disorders, and minimally invasive treatments for abnormal bleeding and fibroids. Dr. Berke joined S.H.E. Medical Associates in 1988.
Dr. Berke enjoys the outdoors, traveling with family, and is a tropical saltwater fish enthusiast.
