Rebecca Maslar, WHNP-BC

Rebecca is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and third generation Flagstaff resident. She Graduated with her Master of Science, specializing in Women’s Health studies, from Georgetown University in 2022. Rebecca holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing (2010) and Psychology (2006) from Northern Arizona University. Before going back to school, she worked at the hospital for more than 10 years. Her background and training have given her the ability to work objectively with patients from differing cultures, sharing differing life experiences, and from differing socioeconomic backgrounds. She is dedicated to improving the health of women across the lifespan.

As a strong patient advocate, Rebecca engages in shared decision-making to support patients throughout their healthcare decision making process. She approaches care using a wholistic methodology tailoring care to the individual needs of each patient. Rebecca enjoys teaching. Being able to share knowledge and empower people is something Rebecca is dedicated to continuing throughout her career. When she is not providing care to patients, Rebecca can be found exploring the outdoors, enjoying her family, or with her nose in a good book!
