The atmosphere, customer service, climate and experiece is outstanding to include staff and Mrs. Campbell. He's one of the good retiring doctors left...so glad my shop is closed. Mrs. Campbell has learned and worked for one of the best, hope she'll continue his legacy...
The second I walk in sign, seat 2 munit I was called to Dr. Clean cabinet, a worker come to prepare on the table for the Dr. Instruments. , then Dr.Friefeld walk in. Very serious listening to my complain problem and was near me talking to worker in front desk helping with prescription sending to CVS pharmacy, sent me to blood test on the spot. The only concern I have is the woman who take blood, she is not experience, she don't know what she is doing, don't put the second glove on her hand, she called for help another woman, and then the blood work was processed the right way.
