I got an appointment immediately, everyone in the front office was kind and friendly. Sr. Kapoor was wonderful and caring and saw right to it. I was given immediate care. I was very satisfied. I was not planning on seeing Dr. Kapoor, but she was the earliest appointment I could get. However, because I was very satisfied with her I made my return appointment with her.
I really enjoy Dr. Kapoor. She is very kind and spends time with me talking over my concerns. I never feel rushed.
Dr. Kapoor was very professional and informative. She had previously taken a biopsy, notified me promptly of results, prescribed ointment and scheduled the follow-up appointment to check the results. She was also very helpful in offering preventative measures as well as answer all my questions to help problem solve some issues heading into menopause.
She listened and was attentive to my needs.
The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Dr. Kapoor is wonderful!
Dr. Kapoor listened to me and provided me with a treatment for menopausal symptoms. She also said I did not need a breast ultrasound because my score was not as high and no history of breast cancer in the family. I was relieved because I am used to fighting with doctors to be heard.
