Rosemary Welch is a Registered Nurse at the office of plastic surgeon Dr. David Stephens in Bellevue, Washington. She has been working in the fields of surgical and emergency nursing since 2005. After almost a decade, Rosemary began training in the field of aesthetic nursing and later joined Dr. Stephens’ office at Center for Plastic Surgery in 2015. Rosemary divides her time at the office between managing surgical care at our ambulatory surgery center and treating patients with Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Rosemary is passionate about the importance of integrating facial assessment with each client’s personal goals and lifestyle to provide an individualized treatment of facial rejuvenation and maintenance.
