Dr. Samantha Anderson is the best doctor anywhere, any specialty. The is sometimes a wait time but only because she spends a great deal of time with her patients. She gave me the same courtesy. My exam was easy and painless, and she answered other physical health questions with great knowledge. I trust Dr. Anderson with everything. Her medical assistant, Cynthia, is also fabulous. She takes time to cover your whole medical routine, and she couldn't be nicer.

I love Dr. Anderson and her staff. I've been a patient of hers before she started Arbor. Over the last 25+ years, she has been professional, thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic, and most of all kind. She always spends as much time with me as I need and answers all my questions. I have never felt rushed or unimportant. The staff at Arbor has always been helpful and professional, and I've recommended Arbor to many friends and will continue to do so.
From the front desk reps, to the nurses and to Dr. Anderson, the customer service in this office is always top tier. Everyone greets you with a smile and a welcoming gesture. Also, my wait to be seen by a nurse was less than 10 mins.
