Sam Norcia replaced my previous NP. I liked her from jump! Speaks clearly and directly. Converses with ease. Makes eye contact. Expressed concern if she was hurting me in any way during the Pap smear. (She did not). Best experience there. Look forward to continuing g care with her.
She truly cares about her patients and advocates for them.

I was in a lot of pain. I was able to schedule an appointment not with the Dr but with Sam PA the same day with in a couple of hours. Stacy the receptionist was very professional and very patient. Sam was also very professional very concerned and very honest when she suggested that I go to the hospital. With what I had going on in my body, she couldn’t be sure of what was happening with me. ( I wanted to avoid going there because I knew the amount of testing that is done there). I did go to the emergency department. After 4 days and lots of testing, the issue was found. I’m home now. Using a new medication and working on feeling like myself again. Sam had mentioned that she would call the next day after I saw her and she did follow through. Sam is very knowledgeable. But I was most impressed that she didn’t give me the answer I wanted to hear. Which probably saved my life. Thank you Sam! My husband thanks you too!?
