Scheduling was easy - I was able to schedule my annual well visit within a week timeframe. The wait time was very reasonable - I was checked in, seen by the MA and roomed within 15 minutes of my appointment time and once roomed I waited for Dr. Winterrowd about 15 additional minutes. Dr. Winterrowd was very friendly, knowledgeable and gentle during her examination, breast exam and Pap Smear. She thoroughly explained everything and made the visit effective and timely without feeling rushed. She was approachable and listened to my concerns, offering knowledgeable medical advice in an understandable way, making the Pap Smear a non-traumatic experience.
