Dr. Winterrowd listened to complaint explanation, examined and asked questions relative to my situation and gave me confidence she understood my concerns. She explained the process to diagnosis and treatment planning, along with adjustment if necessary secondary to specimen testing. Her approach was clearly focused and thorough and I felt at same time caring that I understood all. She explained treatment plan and follow up and gave me a good sense of what I needed to know to participate in a good outcome for myself. Although this encounter gratefully not serious, she had my trust that I could follow the plan for a good result.
